Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed after 3:00 PM (Florida time) on a business day will be processed starting on the next business day.


2. Delivery Times by Region

We ship internationally through various fulfillment centers.
Estimated average delivery times are as follows:

*These are estimated timeframes and may vary depending on customs clearance, local postal services, or high-demand periods.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.
In some cases, we may offer free shipping for specific promotions or for orders over a certain amount — please check the current conditions on our homepage or in your shopping cart.


4. Tracking and Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and carrier information.
Tracking details may take 3–5 business days to appear in the system.
If tracking shows a delay or loss, please contact us at zenvyshop@outlook.com and include your order number.


5. Duties and Customs Fees

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees.
The customer is responsible for any additional charges required by their local customs authorities.
We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before completing your purchase.

6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Photos
or videos may be required as proof. In these cases, we will resend the product at no additional
cost.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order is lost during shipping, we will send a replacement free of charge. However, if the
loss occurred due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot offer a refund
or free reshipment.
Change of Mind Returns
For hygiene and logistical reasons, we do not accept returns if the customer changes their mind
after receiving the product.
Return Shipping Costs
● If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product, ZENVY™ covers the shipping
cost.
● If the return is due to customer error or preference, the customer is responsible for
shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10
business days using the same payment method.
