Refund Policy
1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
All return requests must be made in advance via email at zenvyshop@outlook.com.
2. Return Process

You will receive the return address and detailed shipping instructions;

Once the item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Check your bank account again;

Contact your credit card company (it may take a few days for the refund to appear);

Contact your bank (there may be processing delays).

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable;

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except when the item arrived damaged or defective;

If a refund is approved, the original shipping fee (if any) may be deducted from the total refunded amount.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photos or videos as proof.
In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping or replacement.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
